My lifelong passion for nutrition has driven me to develop a deep and comprehensive understanding about the lifestyle and food choices that develop robust health.


From an early age I found myself intrigued by how our dietary choices affect our energy levels and physique,
but it was through my fathers cancer diagnosis that my hunger for knowledge took a sharp turn.


I went from understanding everything I could about natural bodybuilding and aesthetics, to researching which controllable lifestyle factors effect our epigenetics?

How can this optimisation reduce our risk for the preventable chronic diseases that effect far too many of us today?

Through my studies I have come to appreciate the complexity of how we fuel ourselves, recognising the intricate interplay of biology, lifestyle, culture, and environment.

I coach a traditional human diet and movement approach, considering lifestyle factors and influencing the best health outcomes.

What I teach is deeply complex and yet very simple in practise, as all humans require similar foundational habits to ‘switch on’ our elite evolutionary genes.


It gives me a great sense of purpose to help those who seek better health, sharing my knowledge from two decades of digging deeper, and understanding the hardwired systems that evolution has perfected to create optimised living.
